2. Platform Services

Foodstocks provides a B2B snack distribution platform connecting suppliers and resellers across Indonesia. Services include product catalog management, ordering systems, warehouse management, and sales analytics.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration, maintain account credential confidentiality, use the platform in accordance with applicable regulations, and not engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.

4. Transactions and Payments

All transactions through the platform are subject to confirmation from Foodstocks. Payments must be made according to agreed methods and schedules. Foodstocks reserves the right to cancel transactions that violate the terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Foodstocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction.

6. Changes to Terms

Foodstocks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or, if unresolved, through competent courts in Indonesia.
